SEAP is a non-profit, member-led trade organization dedicated to developing, organizing, and promoting the sesame industry across Pakistan. Our mandate is to serve as a bridge between the private sector and government institutions, ensuring sesame exporters have the tools, platforms, and policies needed to thrive in today’s competitive international markets.

Our vision is to make Pakistan a globally trusted and sustainable origin of premium sesame, while uplifting rural livelihoods and strengthening export-led growth through strategic partnerships and industry alignment.

Our mission is to enhance the global presence and competitiveness of Pakistan’s sesame sector by:

Promoting Quality: Encouraging best practices and quality control measures to ensure Pakistani sesame meets international standards.
Improving Infrastructure: Collaborating with government agencies and private sector stakeholders to develop and upgrade infrastructure.
Encouraging Innovation: Fostering research and development in sesame production, processing, and value addition.
Advocating for Trade-Friendly Policies: Working with policymakers and regulatory bodies to ensure favorable policies and regulations.
